How do I raise and keep track of a support ticket?

You have two ways to raise and track support tickets

1 . Email support@giga-watt.com with your username you signed up with at giga-watt.com. All tickets you raise are made available on the zendesk portal

2. Use the ZenDesk portal directly.  Sign up with the same username as giga-watt.com
